I'm Sajitha Nambiar, founder of Smitco Analytics. I bring more than 25 years in technology, systems and data to a practical goal: helping small businesses use AI to get found, get chosen and win more enquiries, without needing to understand it themselves.

Smitco Analytics applies that experience to a problem every small business now faces. Customers search on Google, Maps and AI tools, compare reviews, and expect instant answers. AI can help with all of it, but only if it's set up around the business properly and kept accurate.
That's a systems problem, and it's the kind of work I've done throughout my career. My principle is simple: AI does the repetitive work, automation connects the systems, and I provide the strategy, judgement and quality control. I set it up, integrate it with your business, monitor it, keep it accurate and improve it.
I work with small businesses because that's where good advice makes the biggest difference. Small businesses rarely have a marketing department, and they shouldn't need one to be found.
